PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are ready to ship and will be sent within 3 business days unless stated otherwise.
  • Extended turnaround times will be noted if applicable.

SHIPPING

United States

  • We offer $5.99 flat rate shipping via USPS First Class to all customers in the United States.
  • Orders of $75 or more ship will free via USPS First Class.
  • You will receive a tracking number upon placing your order.
  • Once in possession of the USPS, orders will take an additional 2-7 business days for delivery, based on location and time of year.
  • Note that we are not responsible for shipping delays once your package has been scanned by USPS. 

Expedited

  • We offer exact-cost expedited shipping in the United States. Please select USPS Priority Mail at checkout.

Australia 

  • We offer USPS Priority Mail Express International shipping to Australia.
  • Rates will calculate based on your shipping address.
  • Please note that Nash Willow is not responsible for any customs fees incurred by your customs department.

Canada

  • We offer USPS First Class International (6-20 days) shipping to Canada.
  • Rates will calculate based on your shipping address.
  • Please note that Nash Willow is not responsible for any customs fees incurred by your customs department.

New Zealand

  • We offer USPS Priority Mail Express International to New Zealand.
  • Rates will calculate based on your shipping address.
  • Please note that Nash Willow is not responsible for any customs fees incurred by your customs department.

  • If your country is not listed and you would like to place an order, please reach out to us at shopnashwillow@gmail.com and we will do our best to accomodate.

RETURNS

  • If you would like to return an item, please email shopnashwillow@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt
  • Please be sure to include your order number so that we may assist with your order as promptly as possible.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached; we cannot offer exceptions to this policy.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of shop credit, which will have no expiration date.
  • Please do not contact us via our social media channels as your message may be unintentionally missed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, or any other errors made by USPS including inaccurately being marked as "delivered."
  • Once your package has been scanned by USPS, you may file a claim with your local post office.
  • If a package is returned because the address provided was incorrect, all packages will be held until additional shipping charges are covered by the customer.
